Concise treatment of lung cancer

First, small-cell lung cancer

Treatment with combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy-based.

Commonly used first-line combination chemotherapy programs:

(1) EP or EC: etoposide, cisplatin or carboplatin

(2) CAV: cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine

(3) CAE: cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + etoposide

Second-line program

(1) VIP: Etoposide + Ifosfamide + Cisplatin

(2) IME: Ifosfamide + Methotrexate + Etoposide

Chemotherapy can not immediately ease the transfer of parts, especially the brain, epidural and bone metastases, radiotherapy needed.

Second, non-small cell lung cancer

Early stage non-small cell lung cancer (Ⅰ A, Ⅰ B, Ⅱ A, Ⅱ B) treatment, the preferred surgical resection, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Ⅲ A non-small cell lung cancer patients with preoperative induction chemotherapy (neoadjuvant chemotherapy), and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Can not be surgically removed for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer can be combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Metastatic advanced non-small cell lung cancer treatment: chemotherapy, biological therapy, supportive therapy. EGFR gene protein over-expression of non-small cell lung cancer treated with ZD1839 available, especially for the poor effect of chemotherapy, and do not advocate and chemotherapy combined.

Combined with chemotherapy commonly used programs:

(1) NP: Navelbine + Cisplatin

(2) PP: Paclitaxel + Cisplatin

(3) GP: Gemcitabine + Cisplatin

(4) TP: Taxotere + Cisplatin
